    The medical practice, I was using, was purchased by another company. During that time, I had a video appointment with my provider, because of ********* and CVS mishandling my prescriptions, I ran out of medications TWICE this year! I requested an anti anxiety medication. Now, ********************* the new owner of the medical practice, wants me to fill out a new set of forms (to get paid, for the video appointment). *****************, the person Ive had email contact, states that if I dont fill out the forms they bill me directly I feel the only reason I needed the appointment was because of greenfields mismanagement of my prescriptions which cost me hours on the phone and waiting at CVS.I filled out and signed everything I was asked when I first set up service with Greenfield. None of my information has changed. I didnt sign up with ******************** Can you help mediate?

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I asked BBB to help mediate , if I wanted to call ********************* I would have! I tried in good conscience to come to an agreement with Oregon ************** I spent several days, communicating with ******. My concerns were ignored and all they wanted was me to fill out forms so they can get paid. AGAIN, I have no idea who ******************** was! I do not feel I have any responsibility to pay this bill. Unless, there is a legal decision against me, and even then, I doubt I will pay!

    Again, ******************** has an established venue to respond to patient concerns that "protect patient privacy".  We do not utilize the BBB for mediation.  We highly encourage our patients to utilize ****** Medical Groups venues enabling ** to review a variety of situations that *** come up and need improvement.  Please give us a call so we can get this situation reviewed and resolved.   Thank you

    This is NOT a medical issue. It is a billing dispute!
    OMGs excuse  about privacy, is nonsense. 

    And if it were about privacy, WHY would I want to give them my personal information?
