      Went for a visit in August of 2022, they led me to believe they took my insurance. I received a bill in April 2023, 8 months after service, saying that they did not take my insurance and I was responsible in full for the bill. This put me outside of the appeals window for my insurance company and outside of the time to put in a claim with my travel insurance. When I reached out for help with them they offered no explanation as to why it took 8 months to send a bill. A invoice was provided only after further inquiry. My credit card was charged within 24 hours of sending out the initial email, leaving no time for me to fully inquiry about the bill before it was paid.

      I just got an email from Zoomcare saying they are going to charge me ****** For a virtual visit back in January. At that time, I was inbetween insurances and didn't believe that it would go through the current insurance. I was told by the billing associate after my visit that they would run the bill and see if it worked. Well apparently it didn't and now I'm being charged for the insurance bill instead of the uninsured bill of ****** that I was told was the price if you aren't insured. This is such a racket trying to get more money from unaware customers. I'm currently trying to get this resolved but customer service is terrible and apparently billing makes you leave a message and they will eventually get back to you at their convenience. So far I haven't heard from them, but my card was automatically charged ******. This was the one and only time I used them and will never use them again. I advise everyone else to avoid them as well. Legacy health and ********* clinic are much better and don't just automatically charge you. Plus you can get ahold of billing in an easy manner should you need to. Zoomcare is all the worst of the for profit nightmare that is the US medical industry!Helpful 0 Thanks 0 Love this 0 Oh no 0

      This company is FRAUDULENT!!!! BEWARE!!! My husband and I tested positive at home for Covid March 8,2023. Sooo sick. Our primary couldnt see us. My husband looked for clinics as I was too sick and chose Zoomcare in in Salem. We had a Covid visit and ******** was prescribed by *************. (She is wonderful and so needs to get to a reputable facility. Zoomcare is not worthy of her.). They did not initially or after repeated requests submit our claims to Providence as a Covid visit hence it was not paid. Had they done it correctly Providence would hv paid and been reimbursed by the government. Covid related visits are still approved. They charged our card more than quoted and no longer return our calls. Total $440. Hoping this company and their billing department in particular are out of business and jobs soon!

      Beware. They take your credit card information and bill you at their leisure without providing an invoice or receipt. Trying to get answers is a nightmare.

      Billing is not explained or quoted up front, refused to allow me to pay non insurance price even though it was half what they want to bill me because I have insurance. I did not give authorization to bill my insurance Dismissive and wholly uninterested in any rational conversation! A symptom of everything that is wrong with our money grabbing excuse for healthcare

      Would have liked to give this place no stars due to how I was treated.I have an extremely bad sore throat .This is the only urgent care where I live.Tried making an appointment to get screened because I am a type 2 diabetic and I was told that because my health care coverage was not in their network that I would not be allowed to be seen by a provider even if I paid out of pocket. As someone who has worked for a big health care insurance company in the past this is an extreme violation of hippa as well as patients rights to be seen by a doctor.

      A giant rip off. $675 to get a nosebleed dealt with. Yes, you read that right. $300 to walk in as a new patient! I even asked how much it would cost and they told me $189. I would not have walked in the door for $300! Another $375 to look at my nose, numb it and cauterize it. 15 minutes. I have called all departments trying to get the **** modified. No.no discussion. I just ate the $675. How is this even possible?
