Botox: 1 eyebrow is higher than the other. PRF Gel. I still have bulges under my eyes after 2 months. I look tired and 10 years older. They offers a prescription which is a prednisone. No thank you. Will not refund. I would love to attach a photo but I dont see a link

We are sorry to hear this client is not satisfied. With that being said, there are some inconsistencies that need to be addressed with some important information to be noted. First and foremost, this review is not entirely truthful as the date of service for this client was not two months ago. It has actually been 49 days. Platelet Rich ****** treatment (often referred to as PRF gel) results are not fully seen until 3-4 months post treatment. PRF gel is comprised of the client's own blood products, without any additives. The "bulges" referred to in the prior statement are an inflammatory response that this client had to their own body tissue. Being that what was injected is the client's own blood products there is nothing that can be dissolved from their tissue. They had read and signed the consent waiver, in addition to a televisit with our Nurse Practitioner Medical Director where all possible complications were explained. Said consent form also reiterated our no refund policy for services rendered, as well as the fact that aesthetic results may vary and perfection cannot be promised. Our staff, including our Medical Director worked extremely hard to assist this patient in speeding up their healing process. Unfortunately we cannot control results when after care instructions are not followed by the client. We did not offer a prednisone prescription. What was offered was a Medrol dose prescription, 25 days post procedure. It was sent to their pharmacy electronically, therefore avoiding any delivery issues. It was not until 21 days after that prescription was sent that the client was requesting a refund for services and stated that their pharmacy did not receive said prescription. It was offered to resubmit the prescription for the patient, but they refused that and requested the refund. The Medrol dose would decrease any inflammation the client is experiencing. This is an abnormal inflammatory response that no other patient has encountered with this service.

The Nurses who were doing the *** were reading instructions at my visit while setting up the *** machine. I was concerned and asked them if they had done this before, they assured me they were very experienced. During my procedure the gel coagulated and as she had the needle in my face, it got stuck and squirted me and my clothes as it was to thick to pass through. She apologized profusely and discounted the fee for the marionette lines. They admitted their mistake. I should have followed my instinct and ran out of there. They did not follow up with me for weeks. I followed every direction given including taking antacids (pepsid) , anti inflammatory allergy medicine. Hot compresses were recommended which I did several times a day. ****** did not receive the prescription (twice). They may not take prescriptions form outside of our network. I am a ****** Supervisor and must see in-network providers.
