    This group in lawfully overcharged me for services.Under the false claim that I never sent them a copy of my insurance Which is clearly false as my payments went from 30 (normal copay) to 110 dollars for no apparent reason.They are now refusing to refund me the overcharge which is completely illegal as the provider is responsible to filling these claims to my insurance directly and providing me a reimbursement within ****************************************************************************** for services rendered, under the erroneous claim that I failed to provide a copy of my insurance.This assertion is demonstrably false, as evidenced by the marked increase in my payments from the standard copay of 30 dollars to an inexplicable 110 dollars.Despite these ***********, the firm continues to decline my requests for a refund of the overcharge. This action is in clear violation of standard practices, as it is the responsibility of the provider to file these claims directly with my insurance and issue any necessary reimbursements within a 30-day window.
