      I was referred to **** ***** who is the Branch Manager at the ************************************* location. I was looking to get a hard money Loan to purchase a property. In our first conversation I explained to her my entire situation along with the purchase price of the property. She was very responsive at first answering my calls and any questions I had while I was in the process of sending her the documents she was requesting. After those first few days the communication was minimal on her end. Short vauge responses to messages. Always replied saying she would get back to me because she was with another client but didn't follow up with me. She finally got back to me a few days later and just very quickly said the loan was denied because it couldn't be for less than $250,000 and then rushed me off the phone. As I stated before she was aware of the purchase price for the property. I felt as though once my loan didn't get approved she was no longer interested in helping me. I reached out to her asking if there were any other options for the loan and I never received a response. The impression I got is that I was not worth her time anymore. In my profession I deal with client every day and I would never show that level of unprofessionalism. No deal is too big or too small and all should be treated with the same level of respect and communication.

      I started working a new home purchase with **** per a realtors referral. It wasnt the loan I originally wanted for a flip, but tried to get it through. He was quick at the beginning of the process, but found that the first loan wouldnt work so changed to a different loan. When he told me what the requirements were going to be I was hesitant and said not to do the appraisal, but **** was sure it would come in and promised to pay half the appraisal if it didnt. Well it didnt, and he charged me full price and making up stories as to why he wont honor his word. His assistant was also on the call where he talked me into going through with it, but apparently is afraid to lose her job if she tells the truth. Now he says I didnt tell him I was going with another lender while he was on vacation in Europe, but I had no choice when the appraisal didnt come back and the insurance numbers I gave them wouldnt work. **** is a con-man who will tell you what he needs to to get your business, and is unprofessional and doesnt hold true to his word. Obviously nothing more I can do, but Ill make sure and warn anyone to not trust this worthless piece of work
