    I ordered something from this company over a week ago they were in ******** ****** I spent over $200 on an item and one of the items I ordered wasn't even shipped yet according to the **************************** it's still pending in ****** I try speaking with somebody at the business and they don't really seem to care very much . I've spent almost $800 in the past with this company and never had a problem and all of a sudden now I'm not receiving what I paid for I do have something to did arrive at the post office and they don't even know what they sent

    We work really hard to make sure orders go out as soon as possible. In this specific case the product order was fulfilled same day. We ship with ether ***** or **** which ever the customer chooses to use. In this case the customer selected **** which can be prone to disruptions more frequently than **** Once the package has left our building it is in the hands of the shipping company. We do our best to handle issues in a timely manner with shippers. In this specific case we waited a business week in the hope that it would arrive as ground shipping is 5 days to arrival in most cases. During this time line the customer was calling daily for updates and became frustrated when the package was not showing any movement. We did our best to assure the customer that it was on its way and they should see movement soon, and asked for their understanding. The customer filled a charge back with his credit card company, lodged a complaint with BBB, and left messages telling us what an awful company we were, even when he had never had any issues in his past purchases totaling $800. We don't usually do a refund for an order without receiving the product back or stopping shipment and having it returned. We filled a stop and return for the package and refunded the customer. The package was not able to be stopped, and returned, and arrived in the customers hands on the 28th of February, keep in mind the order was placed on the the 20th of February. The customer was issued a refund, and unfortunately still received the parts. At this time getting these parts returned from the customer may be an issue as well. We have sent a return label, but the customer is claiming they are unable to return the package to the post office. This is the reason we usually wait to the product is in our hands for this reason before processing a return. We are doing our best to work with the customer even now after all the negative interactions. We are a business, we are also just people doing the best we can to make the shopping experience as smooth as possible, some things are out of our control unfortunately.

    I have made several attempts to make a purchase on their website ands all information on their site says transaction failed but the money is taken out of my bank account and I have to contact my bank to have transaction cancelled ,when I contact the company they recommend using PayPal and then get a transaction failed notice on their site.tried redoing all information on their site regarding personal information and payment information,' tried to purchase again, get a card declined error but the funds were once again taken out of my account .this issue need addressed.

    Scooter Swap Shop has no control over the bank, and their policy around temporary transaction holds. The company does not see the order as an order was never processed or populated on our end due to the transaction failure. We have no orders in the system under your name or email. I would reach out to the bank that you bank with, and have them correct any issue you might be having. There is nothing to address as we do not create the temporary hold or see any of that money. Your bank is who you need to be contacting, and making a complaint to the BBB about.

    I am rejecting this response because:  your business needs to address the problem with orders being rejected, I even tried what your salesperson suggested , PayPal, and order still failed,   And all the information is correct concerning name address etc., I have no problems ordering from any other vendor.  there has to be something going on with your end if the order is processed through the bank payment approved but not accepted on your end ,  as I stated in my email to you looking on Scooter forums  I am not the only one having this problem trying to place an order , your salesperson even confirmed the problems happens sometime  hence suggesting using PayPal.
