  Service efficient and very friendly! The wouldn't choose anyone else to do our move! Everything was in the condition we pack it in! PERFECT MOVE! The price was great for the work they did. Don't bother shopping around! Go with them!

  As ************** (below), expienced our two story home ran into their "FULL TRUCK" We were forced to scrap a number of items, desk, filing cabnet and several office chairs. It wasn't a great loss and would have added too great a cost for the items left off.BUT upon delivery of our furniture, we asked for the heavy items to be placed in our new home and we had them place the smaller boxes, which were mostly packed by their packers, in the two car garage, and we would unpack the boxes at our leisure.I had watched the packers doing their work and was pleased with the care they used. --- UNTIL -I could not find the antiques they carefully packed but DID NOT DELIVER. I called the company, explained whar was missing, asked them to review their storage of our items & see if they had misplaced my antiques. They very obviously did not follow up, or contact us back. As we unpacked more boxes, it became clear that the antiques weren't the only missing boxes, but many dishes DISAPPEARED, many items from my office were missiing. They also took apart a table, But upon reassembly. hammered screws that should not have hammered into the wood.I'm guessing from the missing items, at least 5 or more boxes were LOST OR STOLEN HENCE..THIS MOVER IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY !!!

  We used All Service Moving ******** for our 800 square foot home and even with the 25 truck, it took 2 movers 4 hours to load, only alerting me at the end of that time that the truck was full even though a number of our larger items had not been loaded. The primary mover told me they hadnt used the trucks attic space, furthering the insult that they now couldnt get all of our items loaded as expected. We had to advocate for them to offer a solution to our problem that wouldnt cost us extra money, but didnt communicate their plan in full, resulting in me having to leave multiple messages just to understand what the plan was with our stuff. A lot of our items were damaged, some more obviously than others, and it was only upon unloading the truck that I saw they had not wrapped or protected most of our items the way I was told they were supposed to. When mentioning this to the staff, I was told that wrapping items would have taken them EVEN LONGER to load than the excessive time already spent. The main mover talked incessantly throughout the move, often dilly dallying in the process, so the long time to load and unload the truck was even harder to take. Additionally, we were missing a critical piece of our bed frame and when we scoured our storage unit for it, discovered that our items were stored completely haphazardly on the part of the company. Boxes were upside down or squished between other pieces of furniture. And we discovered even more items had been damaged during transport than we had been notified. The company did not notice our bed piece in their truck and once again we has to advocate just for them to take a look and find where it was.

  I called All Service Moving by accident, twice. So I decided to go with them. The office person was very helpful, asked me a lot of questions about my move. I told him I had a 2 bedroom apartment packed full & I needed the largest truck. We also decided on 4 men & one truck & all day job that would start Monday morning at 9:00. I got a call from the driver or lead person. Telling me hed be there shortly & not to worry well handle it for you. They showed up a few minutes early. We chatted for a bit, showed him what I needed done. All 4 of them started to work. ******************, ****************** (hope I spelled that right). They worked hard! They were very nice. We all chatted ************* Everyone was very respectful. Nice guys to work with. They were very personable. I was extremely stressed and had lots of anxiety leading up to the move. But after about ***** minutes of them being around & working so hard my stress & anxiety went away. They were extremely helpful. They also had to carry everything down 2 flights of stairs. I had alot of heavy furniture. I did not hear anyone complain. When we got to the house they set everything up for me. They sounded like they really enjoyed their job. And they were a pleasure to work with. It was a long day and a big *********** got it done in 8 hours! They also worked very well together. They were Great!!!   They really helped me ************. After a ********** mover left me in a lurch and held my stuff hostage until the bill was paid in cash the job was not completed. All Service came with a one day notice showed up on time and very very quick and efficient. We only use and refer them in the future. You get what you pay for

  I recently hired All Service Moving for a 2 day pack and move. Their scheduling department was very friendly and professional. The crew arrived on time both days at 9:00am. The team worked efficiently and packed our townhouse and wrapped our furniture in their moving blankets and then plastic wrap. The last company I used a few years ago only used the clear plastic wrap. They even rolled out the red carpet to protect our floors from getting dirty! I will be using All Service Moving on my next move and will refer them to anyone who needs a good moving company!
