    The absolute worst experience I have ever had was with this company. Not just a moving experience, THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They are sub contractors for the moving company we spoke to when we wanted to move about 2 months ago. Before you commit to a move its important that you find out who they are using to move you. You may think think that the mover you are talking to will move you. You would be wrong. I used Interstate moving and they subcontracted this clown show to move me. They rent a truck from Ryder or Penske and the find local knuckleheads to move your precious belongings into a truck. In my case they sent a truck that was too small. Immediately start the conversation about charging more. The mover I had brought along his 15 year old son and some guy that looks like he just got out of jail. I know, you are thinking why is he so sure he just got out of jail? Maybe because thats all he spoke about, so not a gigantic leap of faith on my part. They loaded up my stuff then brought it to a storage unit and came back for the rest. Best part here, they told me they were finished loading up everything but when I went into my son's bedroom all of his furniture was still in there. They missed a room full of furniture. WTF? Seriously? An entire room? Here is the incredible part,,, it got worse from there. It took them over 2 weeks to bring the rest of my belongings. Would not have cared if it was a bunch of boxes of books but it was my son's bed, the legs to our kitchen table. Unbelievable. IF THE ***** NOVA RELOCATION COME ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR MOVING COMPANY IMMEDIATELY FIND ANOTHER COMPANY

    I was assigned this moving company through Allied. From the beginning things went poorly. They gave me a different quote, much more than the first one and complained from the get go about Allied practices. The driver showed up with a truck too small, special packing that I had paid for didn't happen (pictures, glass table). I ended up packing many things into my car because they wouldn't fit.On delivery everything went wrong. Only the driver showed up to move *****************, he never put the beds together which they had taken apart at the house to move, several pieces were missing including some of the boxes. The driver left to pay his day laborer help and never came back leaving my 90 year old dad and myself to finish bringing things into the house and putting furniture back together. That was in aug and I still can't get any resolution from them.
