The company failed to meet basic expectations and standards throughout the entire process.**Details of Experience:**Despite thorough communication during the pre-move itemization call, where I specifically emphasized the need for wardrobe boxes for clothing transport, the company arrived without them. Instead, they resorted to haphazardly packing clothes in garbage bags, causing unnecessary stress and damage to my belongings.The team assigned to the move exhibited a lack of professionalism and expertise. One member appeared inexperienced, requiring constant supervision and direction. Their actions were often without purpose, resulting in inefficiency and delays.The move itself was marred by multiple instances of damage to my property. They carelessly damaged my stained wood handrail, broke my dresser, and improperly reassembled one of my beds. Additionally, they packed one of my televisions without its essential components, rendering it unusable upon unpacking.Efforts to address these issues during the move were met with insufficient resolution. Despite notifying the company of the lackluster performance of one team member, no meaningful action was taken to rectify the situation. Moreover, the prolonged duration of the move, exacerbated by inadequate staffing, led to unfinished work and additional expenses.Attempts to escalate the matter to management were met with further frustration. Scheduled appointments for resolution were repeatedly canceled or ignored, leaving me feeling neglected and disregarded as a customer.**Resolution Sought:**I am seeking a refund for the subpar service provided, totaling $3104.39, as well as reimbursement for the damages incurred during the move. Additionally, I request a formal apology from 2 Brother *********************************************** for the inconvenience and distress caused by their negligence and unprofessionalism.**Conclusion:**My experience with 2 Brother *********************************************** fell far short of expectations. From damaged property to poor communication and inadequate resolution attempts, the company's conduct throughout the move was unacceptable. I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter thoroughly and facilitate a fair resolution for all parties involved.
