    Please read Meineke.Fail.pdf (it describes in detail my concerns). I uploaded my complaint. This is serious, folks. People (me, my family, others) could have died!~Disputing all work done at Meineke, located in ********, **. Store 935- *****************************************************Dates of Service: 10-25-24 w/o RO #***** and 01-23-25 #RO ***** I have disputed both CCs used to pay for these failed and/or improper installs. I uploaded dates, calls, and other information to remove personal data. However, I have several emails for which I can not remove all personal data for your review.I have complained to Meineke Corp and have a number for that complaint if you wish.Meineke <****************************************************************************>I have obtained two outside opinions (noted in the first document) that agree with my assessment of the work completed. I have prepared and documented my case and am prepared to file a small claims court case if necessary. Although I want to avoid that, I can do so if necessary.

    We have tried to reach out to Sunny multiple times and she will not respond. We offered for her to bring her vehicle back to the shop so we could resolve the issue and she did not. Her warranty is also good at any Meineke nation wide and we have several locations not far from the location she originally went to and she has chosen to not return or respond to our attempts or offerings.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have not been contacted by the Owner of shop #***, nor any employees since my filing of this complaint with BBB, Synchrony, and ****** and dispute of charges. 

    My phone and email log reflects this lack of communication on their part.

    I have not received any emails or phone calls to discuss this matter.  Due to the facts: I have gone back multiple times for this shop to fix their mistakes which they have failed to do, I have had to seek services from other experts.
