Someone else take over my account and I keep emailing soundrop support and no one comes to help me. I get my account taken away from me with all my music royalties and no one from soundrop reach out to me I open like 200 support ticket already and no reply. I really want to know what going on with my music royalties because I cannot go in my account someone take over my account with my music and claiming all my music royalties. Soundrop need to give me back my account and all my music royalties what kind of business do not have a customer support for imergency like this make it make sense I need my account back asap.Initial Complaint

Greetings. I would like to file a complaint against the music distributor ************************** subsidiary **************. I have been working with them for over 10 years. But recently the company has been behaving inadequately. On all questions they completely ignore the problem. They have blocked my account without explanation and are not making payments. Also I found numerous complaints in comments in their social networks. The same problem has been faced by many customers for many months. It is necessary to influence their work.Initial Complaint

I have used Soundrop for several years as music distributor for my bands. Everything had been fine until 2025, I uploaded and PAID for a song to be released on 2/4/25. I have had no response from Soundrop and their support is fully AI, no human at this point, which sends you in a loop. My song is still sitting in a "Pending Approval" status with no end in sight. I have since had to release the song on Distrokid, as my release date came and went with no contact or response, from multiple tickets submitted. I now would like to remove my 20 or so albums from Soundrop all together, so I can upload to a new distributor with actual customer service, but this will be impossible with the company seemingly abandoned at this point. I have read online that a possible sale to *********************, but cannot confirm. I am now wondering whether my payouts will even occur each month while my songs are on this platform as well. I am experiencing issues with Soundrop, a music distribution platform owned by *****************. My account was locked without any prior notice or explanation on wednesday 12 February, coinciding with my scheduled payday. As a result, I am unable to access my earnings. I sent multiples emails but they NEVER answered!! the mail of my account on ********************** is ************************ and they emailed me saying that they took down my song but i never asked for that !!!! i want my money and my account back !!I did not receive any communication regarding the reason for the account lock or the deletion of my song. I have repeatedly contacted Soundrops support team but received no response. I had formerly used Soundrop as a place to release my music via a distribution system, and that had been fine. However, I had attempted to release 2 remixed versions in late-December. I had done that, and they gave me an incorrect reason for it to not be released. I attempted to dispute this and give my reason in a support ticket (*******) that I had submitted in mid-January, and this had never been responded to. It's been over a month, and my support ticket had never received any response, even after I had made two more (******* and *******). Hi Im complaining about a music company called Soundrop they distribute music and ******** of New York Mellon. I opened an account with ********************** online last year October 2022. My song's are in the process of being copyright protected. My problem with Soundrop is Im un happy that I haven't made a dollar from my music. I think they have been taking advantage of me since Im new to the music business until now 2023. I received monthly statetment's from them saying where my music was downloaded, country, website, amount of people that paid for the song's and how much $ was made in decimal's that I don't understand. I was even getting a nickle, dime, or a dollar, for my music with my account info in their system. Soundrop doesn't have a phone nunber I could call. Another thing is that if I made money from my music it would have went to ******** of New York Mellon. Please find out if Im owed money. I really need money I earned. Now next month makes a year that I would be with Soundrop. I have asked them to stop sending my music to online stores that they did. On June 26 2023, I had submitted music through Soundrop for release on all public music platorms. Soundrop is an aggregator, and that is what their business is supposed to do is distribute music. Today is July 24, and although I have submitted three communications via email and their website, support will not respond. In addition to this, they never resolved my last issue, where one of my records was pulled from distribution without being told why or refunded. I paid for both of these, and received nothing. I require a refund for "Dyslexic Fudgicle - Soundtrack to Your Coma" $30 plus tax, and whatever was paid for "Corpseweed - Check My Brain", both releases were paid for and never properly distributed (or at all).
