    Ordered Christmas presents for my grandkids on this site on 16 December I was told that they would be here by Friday the 24th theyve already taken the money out of my account and I have yet to receive the package.

    On Sept. 29, 2022 I purchased a pair of boots for $76.66 using PayPal for the payment. Upon getting the boots I saw right away that they are not the quality advertised on website. They have a 60 day guarantee for returns listed on their website. I tried phoning the company to arrange for the return and refund, but only got their answering machine saying to leave a message with my name and email address and they will contact me. I sent an e-mail requesting instructions on how to return them. I waited a week and got no response. I phoned again and this time left a message as requested stating my name and e-mail address for them to contact me. I got no response. I sent another e-mail. Then I sent another e-mail. I called for a third time and got the same answering machine. I left a message again. As of today (11/11/2022) I have phoned three times, left two messages on their answering machine, and sent 7 emails, all to no avail. I want to return the boots and get my money back.
