    I filed this earlier as a fraudulent website and was told I should submit it as a review for the company instead. That doesnt seem appropriate considering the fact that the business Intex does have an entirely different website and I dont see a connection between the two therefore I fail to see how filing a complaint on the legit company site will deter whomever is running the fake site and prevent them from wrongfully taking payment for goods they dont really sell. It also gives the real company a tainted reputation thru no fault of their own.

    6-26-22 ordered pool bench at ****************************************** 6-28-22 tracking # sent AG670122651CN and could track it through https://t.17track.net/en#nums and for any questions contact https://www.intexsshop.com/index.php?route=information/contact. 7-16-22 sent a pair of socks. I sent email with photo of incorrect item on ****. They responded stating they would resend the item. **** they sent new tracking #XR342256749CN and track here https://www.ensnare.top/. **** I checked tracking and message stated delivery status has not been updated(your package may have been lost during the transportation period. Pls contact sender). I requested a refund and said to cancel order. They tried to barter with me offering 70% first then 80% and finally they would keep ***** for shipping and item cost. I said I would not pay even **** for something I never received. 8-24-22 they said they would refund my original form of payment in **** days. I have sent emails on 9-3, 9-9, ****, ****, ****, **** and **** with no response and I have yet to see the refund. I do have all emails sent back and forth and can provide them if necessary.
