    Bought the product from a representative (***********************) in ******. After two days, asked to return the product and get a refund and was denied. After insisting with the rep to give me a refund, I tried to dispute the charge through ***** and they said they could not help me and if I wanted to continue the dispute, I would have to contact my bank. Before contacting my bank, I called Mystech directly and spoke on the phone with the owner of the company for one hour. A very challenging conversation but also clarifying some very shady things about the machine that makes the product. He claims that the machine has to be moved periodically because it causes people to get sick and that their product can't be used by any person since it can be used for manipulating bad things and because of it they don't want anyone to have it... he claimed I wasn't fit for it and would refund me but by the end of the call he was already saying something else (that he would call **** and ask for him to refund me). Later he said on my email they refused to refund me, and I called my bank and opened a dispute with *****. If I win this will cost me my Venmo account since it will make it negative and could flag his Venmo account as scammer. I hope my bank will be able to help me to recover my $400. Just to be sure my husband and I tried to use it for one week (they claim the results will come after 3-7 days) with no results. This costed me a lot of time and headache. Mystech is a huge Mistake do not fall for it.
