      On 8/11/2024 I purchased a dress from BM Bridal for $179.00. I was provided the tracking number on 8/30 in which it states:Shipped - [********************************] order [BM240811202408672237] ,Dear [******** ********],Your order: [BM240811202408672237] has been shipped via [USPS,:92055903319336547182823699].Please note that it may take up to ***** hours for tracking information to be available from the shipping company.On 9/4 I asked:From: ******** ******** Date: 2024-09-04 03:00 To: **************************** Subject: Re: Shipped - BmBridal ORDER BM240811202408672237 Hello,It's been more than 48 hours and I still don't have a shipping status update.       I order a prom dress from BMBRIDAL on February 19,2024. The prom was ***** 13.I place order through Klana and make four payment of $52 dollar every two week.But after second I still haven't got tracking number or email from .I tried several time to contract them but no response. But they still want payment through Klarna but I will never get this item.I think this website is scam.They dnt tell u nothing just want u to send money with no item.I been going back and forth with Kiarna to stop payment. But ****** is getting run around with BMBRIDAL TO. BMBRIDAL is scam check their website page n read some of comments people have left about company to .I'm not the only that has b taking advantage of. Get in contact with ****** website they will tell how we been dealing with problems since *********** its June and still dealing with problem with BMBRIDAL

      I purchased dresses for my upcoming wedding. In communication with this merchant it became clear they would not have the dresses done in time. They emailed asking me if I could change my date. As I explained this is not how a wedding works, as well as realizing this company had fraudulently represented being US based, I requested they cancel my order. They continued to email and I asked for my order to be cancelled. They persisted in sending the dresses even after I cancelled. I refused and returned the package as it should have been cancelled before they ever sent it. My card was still charged the ****** from order on 9/20/23. I have repeatedly requested a refund, anttempted to contact them ant the numbers provided on the website with no success, and now this business no longer even replies to my emails. They have my money and the dresses. Their website states easy full refunds and Im looking deeper into the reviews I can see I am not the first customer to be stolen from and misled not only to the quality and honesty and integrity of this company.
