i had several **** parcels sent to Reship during the Canada Post strike in November/December of 2024. I waited until the strike was over and on December 18th Reship started to have **** as an option again for shipping to ******. Note that **** did not resume shipping to ****** after the Canada Post strike until January 6th, 2025. Reship mailed my parcels on December 18th and December 20th. Late January 2025. My two parcels had been circulating from ******** OR to LA to *******, to **. I receive notice on January 15 that Reship has received a shipment for me. My parcel was returned. I filed a dispute and investigation with Reship. the parcel had been returned to them by **** with no explanation but I am going to say that it is because it was stuck in their system for way to long (30 days) because Reship mailed it before they should have. They said no reason was given so they would give me a refund. The refund was $14 out of $101.00 USD. They admitted that all of the parcels they had been sending to ****** had been getting returned in the last couple of weeks, so they are suspending services to ****** until further notice. I have no way of getting my parcel back. They screwed me out of $150 cad for their ************************ I 100% believe they will try to charge me for 'storage fees' on this parcel I cant access... its going to continue to snowball. I did not make any errors with my information, Reship did by sending mail to ****** before **** was letting any mail through the border resulting in parcels circulating for too long and being returned. I waited to ship my items through them until RESHIP had **** as a shipping option. **** IS accepting mail to ****** as of January 6th. What I want is my parcel to be mailed to me again free of charge. I want my parcel.Initial Complaint

Several Months ago I bought a Jacket from ******, ******. ************* will not ship to the ***. Without checking with you first, I setup and Canadian address with Reship. In Oct,2024 they said they had the jacket and to log-on. I did but when I went to pay for the shipping, it told me that it did not recognize me legal 911, ***, address. This went on for several days of me contacting them. Then, I found the *** rating from the BBB and many hundreds of internet post on how Reship cheated them and not to give them Credit Card information. A lot of horror stories. I decided to cancel my account and I told them to keep the Jacket! Reship policy when you cancel. Now they are threating me with storage fees of $1.00 per day for the next 90 days, after I cancelled my account and told them to keep the Jacket. They did not start this until they claimed was a 7 day free storage. I would like my jacket, I ordered from *************. But not at the risk of giving them my Credit Card Information. I have NO INTENTIONS of paying them a storage fee. But, they keep threating. I am a ***, Disabled Veteran.Initial Complaint

Reship.com claims to offer a cross border reshipping service for $5 per package. But they deceive their customers in offering vastly overinflated shipping rates (50% markup in my case). Once they have your package, your only option is to pay them the shipping rates they set (which is not communicated in their service offering). This is confirmed by the fact that the only other option is to return to sender, in which case they charge $17 instead of the claimed $5 handling fee. Deceptive marketing at best, scam at worst.Business Response

Reship.com does not advertise we ship packages cross border for $5. We do have a free shipping calculator on our website that our customers can use before sending us packages so they know ahead of time the cost to ship. We also have a membership page which shows all our service fees charged that all customers can review before sending us packages.
At no time does Reship advertise a flat fee shipping rate. Handling Fees are not the same as shipping fees.

Reship.com does not have a Vennmo account and does not store customer credit cards as per the payment processor. There is absolutely no way Reship.com could have participated. If one of our customer's is responsible, this will need to be reported to police, than to ****** with the individual's suite number so we may investigate and deactivate their account.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: the phone number and address that charged my account and is receiving the gift cards is the businesses address. There is no customer involved that could have ordered it. So it is either a worker at the business or the owner of the business is aware. Also I did not mention venmo I specifically mentioned PayPal

Ive never used Reship.com before. This is my first time. I bought only one item. One. It was a health supplement. They did not update my shipping tracking until I kept hounding **************** about it for weeks. I am from **************. I paid a ridiculous sum for a tiny item and package. They opened my parcel, snooped around and took a picture. The only thing that they have done is created a label through ***** and not given the courier the actual package. They labelled it as shipped on the website, but on the actual ***** website, it shows up as only Label has been created online. The shipper has not shipped the item yet. Its been three weeks since my original purchase. I purchased through ******* for 20USD and now another 50USD through Reship to get an item of one thing shipped out to me. The customer service isnt even based in the US. They withhold your packages and lie about it. They did not bother to update tracking until I kept contacting **************** about it through live chat. I spoke to an agent last night and they said they will contact them and make a claim through the courier. I dont want that. I just want my item. I CANNOT handle this BS. I am going to contact PayPal and open a case to get a refund on the ridiculous amount they charged me for shipping. How can they lose my item so easily??I took a risk buying from Reship.com, now I suffer the consequences. Due to extreme weather conditions and icy roads last week, ***** suspended their pick up and deliveries for all businesses. We are sorry this has affected you however, ****** cannot control another companies actions nor can we tell a company to come collect packages and risk drivers safety.

I used reships package service on 5/2/23 (package #*******) I went to pay for the package to be shipped to me on 5/7/23 and was given several options for shipping, one option was for $1 which I had never heard of. I contacted reship about this but could not get a definitive answer so I was waiting for more info. In the meantime, they were charging me $1 a day for storage which I was never notified about. Now it is up to $41. When I requested that fee be waived, they refused to remove it or even let me talk to a supervisor. This is terrible service and I will not use this company again *** will give negative online reviews. I would like them to waive or refund the $41 fee, or at least reduce it significantly, and I will be happy to pay their $7 fee they already charge for the service.Initial Complaint

We had someone remote commandeer our home computer through an app called AnyDesk. They accessed our email, ***** and Amazon and tried to order a $1500 computer by means of Reshop.com in ******** ******. We caught it right as it was happening because we were sitting at the computer when they took remote control of it. But looking up the address and company site there are literally hundreds of negative reviews from ppl saying the ppl scamming them are using reship.com. This is absolute internet FRAUD and needs to be stopped.Business Response

Reship.com is a third party shipper who helps customers ship packages internationally when vendors do not. Scammers seem to be targeting a lot of different freight forwarders these days which is why we encourage you to report this to police. ****** has implemented protocols to help stop scammers from targeting our company. We require police involvement to deter more cyber crime.
