      On November 9, 2023 I ordered two pairs of shoes inserts and paid upfront $136 which is 10% of the cost per my insurance coverage. Later I was informed by both my insurance and the clinic that I overpaid and I should be refunded $58.66. On December 14, 2023 this Northwest extremity specialist clinic sent me a bill asking me to pay $77.34. On December 29, 2023, I talked to billing department there and they said it was a mistake and they will remove the charge. On January 11, 2024, I was informed my shoes inserts are ready so I came to pick them up. When I came, they gave me only one pair of shoes inserts while I already paid for two pairs. Again they said it was a mistake and they will order the other pair for me. on January 18, 2024, they sent me a bill again for $77.34. I had to call billing again about this and they said it was a mistake. They said they will cancel the charge and also refund me $58.66 because I overpaid at the beginning. I got the receipt that $58.66 was refunded to my account. On February 23, 2024, I receive email from Northwest extremely specialist again asking me to pay them $58.66. I have been on countless phone calls, waiting on hold for hours. Every time they said someone will call me back, but no one call me back, and I had to keep calling them to fix their harassing bills for the past three months. I dont know how to get this billing harassment to end. Multiple times they said it was wrong; canceled the bill; they even refunded me, but then they keep sending me bills asking for money again later on. I would like to report and let everyone know how bad this business is, and I hope that someone can help me getting them to stop harassing me with bills like this. Ive attached the receipt that they refunded me $58.66 so you can see there is no reason for them to send me the bill of $58.66. I have also attached the email image of the bill they asked me to pay. Thank you for your help.
