This company has a billing policy that does not provide the patient with an accurate accounting of all payments made by the patient. According to one of the billing associates, about two years ago the company stopped providing the patient a full accounting of all the payments that the patient has made. They claim that this makes it easier for the patient. I have made several requests for a full and proper accounting of my account balance and they refuse to provide it.I do not trust their billing department and feel like they are acting deceptive, but I have no idea why they treat their patients this way. The doctors and clinic support staff are very nice and do a great job - it is their billing and accounts payable department that is a problem.

We have spoken to the patient on 1/4/23 and established a plan to get the patient the information he needs in the format he is requesting it in. The patient has a very unique request, however the billing department is going to go the extra mile in ensuring this patient is satisfied with the information they require. We have asked the patient for a few days to generate this information to which they voiced understanding.
