    I loved supporting this place before the pandemic, but unfortunately due to some staff changes, I assume, they no longer are able "to serve you properly".I am looking forward to being able to support this small business again in the future, but unfortunately it seems the quality of service I have received is comparable to the amount of money spent. Tried to work things out regarding material defects with their purchasing manager, but they are unwilling to take responsibility, or even contact their suppliers with issues. This was ongoing for more more than 6 months; apparently, I was the only one having this issue, according to PCP. Yet when I talked to Orafol, the material supplier directly after getting nowhere with PCP, they said they had not been informed and it was complete news to them. The purchasing manager at pacific coast lied to me when they said they had forwarded countless emails/images to their supplier in order to help me correct the issue I was having. I have more good, than bad to say about this place, but I will keep that to myself for now.That is my experience, you may have your own :/
