    On June 9, 2022, I ordered, online, a case (60 rolls) of Seventh Generation 100% Recycled 50% PCW Toilet Paper, 1-Ply, White, **** Sheets for $119.99 plus $39.30 for shipping for a total of $159.29. They emailed back that "Order #*** Confirmed. Your order from Treecycle Recycled Paper ************************** is confirmed. Once your package ships we will send you a notification email. I have not received any such notification or any replies to my inquiries by email or phone. I have not received any shipment. My credit card was charged $159.29 on June 9, 2022. I have tried contacting them by email at least 4 times throughout the past year without receiving any response. I have called them at least 4 times, leaving phone messages without receiving any response. I would so appreciate any attention you can give to this matter. I really need the money back or the case of toilet paper, either one. Please let me know what further steps can be taken to get this issue resolved once and for all. Thank you kindly.
