  The City Center Parking's website is basic. It is almost usable from a desktop computer. On top of that, it is almost always down to the point where it is impossible to make a payment online; instead, you have to call and be routed to a person who has no information but will gladly accept payment over the phone. City Center Parking might have the worst website and service I have ever encountered. To make matters worse, their billing policies, practices, and procedures and "help" functions are confusing, unclear, and, frankly, questionable. Please avoid dealing with this company.

  On 02/07/23: The automated system over-charged me more.NOTE: This also happened to a co-worker on an earlier date.-I pointed this out to the attendant, who said to call their office.-I called the office & was sent a link to file a complainant/refund request. Which I completed that same day.Then on Tuesday, 02/28, I called for an update. Was told that she would look into this, as their system is currently down & she would get back to me within ***** hrs. As of 03/10, I have heard back. And did not get the refund.I then looked into the business/company and found the following:1-They have an D- rating with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) with 20 complaints in the last 3 years.2-There are MULTIPLE complaints about being over-charged and NOT getting requested/submitted refunds.3-There are 26 previous complaints submitted to ******** ****

  When the website functions in its most basic form, it is almost usable from a desktop computer only. Unclear billing policies, fees and possibly the worst-functioning website I've ever encountered.My advice is to actively avoid dealing with this company.

  *****************************, attempts to cancel from the website, phone, and in-person have all failed. I have been trying to cancel this parking charge since May 2022. They repeatedly charge me with no return email or phone calls. Their downtown ****** states on a note on the door that they are closed until further notice. I can not reach anyone in person or by email. I do not receive any confirmations or email cancelations every time I try. We have not parked in this lot since April. My charges for ********************** are disputed on my credit card. I have had to freeze the card because they continue to charge me while I have no one to help cancel this parking. I have been told on 3 different occasions by random people answering the calls of many different numbers I am given that it is canceled, but my bills being sent to my home show otherwise.
