    I have been trying to reach a person to speak to about inaccurate parking tickets/fines that were issued on my car at a parking lot in ********, ******. I have not been able to speak with a person. Every time I call, I am transferred, put on hold, and then no one picks up. I have sent an email, and no one has responded. I used the company's online contact form, and I received an error response. I have called at least three numbers, been on hold collectively for over two hours, and still have yet to speak with an actual person to explain the situation.There seems to be three interconnected companies involved: City Center Parking, imPark, and REEF Parking. The business listed on the ticket (and the company to which I keep getting transferred without anyone picking up) is: *********************** (contact info listed below.)Attached you will find the screenshots I shared attached to the original email. (I do not have enough space to share my emails and messages, but I can share them with you upon request.) I am also attaching photos of the parking tickets. Lastly, I am including the names of each company, and their contact information. She received a parking ticket on 1/24/24 and another ticket on 2/9/24. Following the ticket received on 1/24/24, she reached out to someone via phone in your service department and reported her issue. The issue was [...] Following this first event and the lack of support from your service department [...] she took screenshots along the way, and a screen recording of her payment process on the app.
