    We spoke on the phone on July 15, 2022 with ******** at Star Park ************** to purchase a parking permit for ********* Waterfront for employment and parking availability was to begin August 1, 2023.($75.00 paid on July 15th plus $4.00 processing fee. This was all done over the phone, no opportunity to review "policies" in writing prior to purchase. Received pass in mail on Saturday July 23. The work necessity for parking no longer exists and we called Star Park to cancel August parking this morning, Monday, July 25 and was informed on the phone that I would have needed to notify them the 10th of the month prior to canceling a pass.????) Found out we did not need the parking at all before pass was even to become vaild and notified Star Park. ******** at Star Park refused to refund for the pass (not their policy she says) even though we had not even had an opportunity to use at all! And will not every have a need to use. Notified them in July that we would not need the August pass (dated Aug ****, 2022) fully explaining the situation. So in effect the just steal your money for no services rendered. Once it was apparent that we did not need their services the customer service from ******** became immediately rude and she transferred my call into a black hole. VERY UNSATISFACTORY. Her parting response was "Well, you can go park downtown if you want." ?????????????Attached is the pass and receipt we received on July 23 and a copy of the transaction from my credit card paying for the pass for a total of $79.00. Would like that refunded.

    Thank you for bringing the matter to my attention.  We are working to resolve the matter directly.  Assuming we receive the permit back prior to August 1st, we will process the $75 refund.
