    I originally came on here and filed a complaint on this business the ** number for that is ********. However at the time I was not seeking anything back from the business. I'm filing another complaint due to the fact that the company put in their 30 day notice to us and did not follow through on what they stated they would do per their contract. They took away the system that held all of our parking information which they stated they could, they also stated that they would be instead sending us a daily report of their patrols they are suppose to do 2 a night, they did not, and per their contract they insist that a 30 day notice is given and that period is paid which we did pay them for September, however she gave us notice on Sept 14th and when my assistant called her today October 1st and when asking her about recieving an email she said no and that her last day on the property was Sept 30th, which is not 30 days. I think its unproffessional how this whole situation transpired on the owner of Pacific Parking enforcements behalf but to then rip us off and not provide the service that we paid for and then to quit early is not right as per the emails that I have she stated that we had to pay for the 30 days in full and that they would be here for that time frame but in fact she was not I am requesting that they refund us for the 30 days they are charging us as they did not send reports but one day, and they took the system away that stored our residents information and they gave a 30 day notice yet quit in 16 days, advised they would provide daily emails and only sent one email so to get paid and take the payment when they know they did not patrol our property and even with her personal feeling on everything, this is exactly what I mean by unprofessional as we should have gotten everything that you require us to pay for up until the 30 days was up.

    This property manager asked us to no longer contact her or her property on Sept 14th.

    They paid their final invoice which covers charges between 9/1-9/30. Which is when services were

    provided. Because of the escalation between the property manager I advised her that services would be provided through the end of the month. Which all services were.

    The system she wants access to is a company owned system that we pay for and is a courtesy to our customers. It is not included or mandatory that we provide access. 

    This property manager is throwing a tantrum and now harassing us via BBB complaints.
