      The dirt flower beds designed by Quality Paving & Design LLC were installed incorrectly, and we cannot use or plant anything in the beds as they currently sit. This is not what we agreed to or initially paid for when we hired the company last year 2021 to do stonework, sprinkler install, creation of the new beds in question, and lay new sod. We were unable at the time to detect the compacted rock at the time we paid because it was covered over with a 1/2" layer of new dirt to hide the rock. The landscapers/sprinkler crew had to have been aware of this compacted rock in the beds at the time of installation because every single metal stake holding the drip line was completely bent up in multiple directions from being hammered into compacted rock. I cannot even get so much as a shovel into the rock beds. It's like concrete. It was in the initial design to have these two beds be useable, plant-able beds with fresh soil for bushes or flowers. We did not receive what we contracted for. In addition, there are low spots in the stonework that pool water and doesn't drain. When ***** was giving us the sales pitch in 2021, he told us they warranty their work. If we had drainage issues or any problems at all, simply call him and theyd get someone right out to fix it.***** came to our house in September and told us he could have someone to clear the compacted rock out of the beds within two weeks. We are actively being ignored. Neither ***** nor ***** will contact us. We have been trying to talk to ***** or ***** since June/July of 2022. ***** does not seem to want to deal with fixing the issue at all. This is not what we designed, paid for and it was hidden by the landscape crew to avoid additional time and labor to do the job correctly. We are tired of being ignored.
