      On 6/13/2023 I got a loan for 2 rings. Loan #******* in the amount of $450.00. If Loan was paid by 9/3/2023 the total owed with intrest was $508. On 7/29/2023 I took in $260.00 leaving a balance of $248.00.after receiving cash. They had me sign paper. I still had 34 days left on original contract to pay the $248.(I thought.) I was not told I was signing new contract. On the way home I noticed the finance amount was $279.00 not $248.00 and they had extended contract to 9/29/2023. I did not ask to extend contract. Because of the discrepancy I decided to pay loan off and get rings back. When I went back to store( 1 hour) and explained I did not want new contract .was not told I was signing new contract. I would like to pay original contract because I still had ******************************************************* back the $260. I said I would like to pay loan off and get my rings. I was then told the only way my rings was going to leave store was to pay $538.40. I was planning on the $508.00. I explained I only had $520. Again she said the only way I was getting ring was to pay $538.40.i left and borrowed money. After receiving rings, I asked for paperwork . I was told loan was paid and I no longer needed. Intrest is paid daily. I should have gotten credit for paying loan 34 days ahead of time. So it would less than the original contract price $508. I was not told I would be extending contract. I was not told about new intrest charges. Nor was I told they do not except partial payment on loans. I am 62 years old and live on a fixed income. For me to pay this has really put me in a financial bind.

      I have not heard from them. I gave up expecting them to do anything.
