    I spent days looking for a boudior photographer and found boudior by brittnie price. i sent a request for more information through her website and got a text from her a couple days later on 10/8/2023 asking if im still interested in a boudior photographer. i responded to her about 20 mins later letting her know im still interested but im busy today. she replied asking if im free for a phone call tomorrow on 10/9/2023. i said yes tomorrow will work for the phone call. she did not call or let me know she would be tied up with something else so i didnt hear from her until 10/11/2023. i should've cut her off then. well on 10/11/23 we spoke on the phone and she gave me a little run down of the experience and said if i book wihtin 24hrs the boooking fee is 500. if not then its $700. i said ill book now and the invoice was 550. not 500. i paid the 550 that same night 10/11 and asked her if she received it and got no response (again). next day 10/12 she sent me the contract and collections i can choose from. i had a question so i sent her a message and no response. so im over it at this point and chose to cancel working with her and request a refund and she respond so quick letting me know its non refundable so i try to work it out so i dont lose my money. well i had to pay for the package collection so i sent her ******** on 10/19/2023. i sent her a question on 10/25/23 and i havent heard from her.this seems to be a universal experience as ive read similar experiences on BBB.
