    We have been longtime customers with Crown Plumbing in ********, Oregon and up to this recent incident we have been satisfied with their work and employees. On January 19, 2023, we had some repairs done on a bathtub faucet. The plumber did not cover the tub with any protective covering whereby the tub got scratched.We contacted the owner of Crown Plumbing, ************************* and informed her of the damage. She told me that that we had been good customers and she would agree to pay for the cost. This however was not the case as I have made telephone contact with **** three times and she said the check would be mailed. We are contacting the Better Business Bureau for assistance to help resolve this issue. We will not be doing any further business with this company.

    We provided plumbing services for *************************** on January 19, 2023.  Please see invoice attached.  She has a tub that has been refinished in the past and supposedly while we were there her tub was chipped.  I agreed right away that I would take care of paying for the tub chip ****************** this repair was complete, she was to send me the invoice from the repair company and I would reimburse her.  I issued a check on March 23,2023.  Please see cashed check attached.  I called *** to be sure she had received the check and she had.  I've also attached a couple photos and have more if needed.  Please contact me as soon as possible.  My reputation is very important to me.
