We have a house built in the late 1950's so the issues that come up require expertise in a range of plumbing problems - from water leaking below the kitchen sink ***** stinky) to installing a Toto toilet seat! Every plumber Meticulous has sent is super competent. **************** is great from the moment you call - ****** answers the Meticulous' phone with such warmth, they let you know the time the plumber is coming, tell you when they are on the way, the plumber explains the issues with pictures and easy-to-understand words, right the moment the plumber leaves. Could not be better.This visit, ***** sorted out a bathtub clog connecting with the two sinks that he found. Because of three (or more) right angle turns in the under-house piping, the snake simply could not clear the long-in-the-making clog. He discovered the old metal clean out valve in the below-the-house space was the original and had not been removed in decades. It was rusted in place. Yikes. ***** sawed off the old attachment, replaced it with a threaded plastic plumbing pipe and a new plastic removable cap for future use. More flowing and clearing future clogs will be far easier.Well done, *****. Thanks Meticulous.

When the plumber ***** ********** from Meticulous Plumbing was in our home going over our water lines and broken commonly-used items, he saw what would work best for us. He had expert skills and easily passed on knowledge to us. We now have a fantastic toilet and the husband is very happy. Also, ***** caught a dripping basement pipe before it got worse, so we were very lucky having him come over. We were so grateful to Meticulous Plumbing for increasing the value of our home.Meticulous Plumbing

We recently had to replace our hot water heater and, yet again, when we needed plumbing help, Meticulous Plumbing came through for us: They were timely, the price was right and the work was accomplished with little disturbance to our household. (Our escape artist pet didnt like being penned up, but hes fine now.) *****, though new to us, was a delight to work with and I appreciated his tenacity and problem-solving skills with one of our stubbornly blocked aerators.Meticulous Plumbing came to our attention several years ago when we had a toilet problem and a prior company left us with the situation partially resolved. They fixed the problem and verified there were no other problems/damage caused by the situation, relieving us of a great deal of stress and worry. Meticulous Plumbing is just the best! The staff is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. When we called their office, ****** answered and listened to our plumbing issues. She then scheduled ***** to the site. ***** has 27 years plumbing experience and knew just what to do with "this old house plumbing". The estimate was reasonable and the depiction of work was clear before we authorized the work. We highly recommend Meticulous Plumbing and we will be using them again.Meticulous Plumbing

I have mixed feelings on Meticulous. Imagine having a plumber come out and tell you that you need to cut a hole in your wall so that they can do some needed work on your pipes. You put it off because you REALLY don't want to cut a hole in your wall. You finally do and the next Meticulous plumber tells you that you didn't have to do that and there was an easy no-cost solution instead. I'm irritated that I now have a big hole in my wall, and I need to pay someone to fix it unnecessarily. I'm also grateful for the skills, knowledge, and abilities of the second Meticulous plumber to giving me a solution. If only the second plumber had come out to my house first, it would have been a completely different experience. The second plumber also did a great job re-piping my water heater. Like every company, your experience depends greatly on who they send out. If you need a plumber from Meticulous, ask for *****. He's a good one.Meticulous Plumbing

Hi ******, we looked at your project, and am sorry to hear you have mixed feelings about Meticulous. It seems like we were called out due to sewer gas smells in the laundry area, and the first plumber needed to look at the drain line in the wall to verify that there were no problems with it. ***** upon reviewing found a temporary plug behind a clean out plug that he was about to remove. I think you may need to live with this for a few days to make sure that the smells do not return, and if they do there may be other problems not discovered yet. Meticulous plumbing always performs an outstanding job. We've had them install a water heater, flush very old pipes, install a garbage disposal, fix a leaky toilet, and reseal bathroom fixtures. Meticulous Plumbing has been our go-to plumbers for several years now. We have nothing but good things to say about the quality of their work, ease of scheduling, friendliness and professionalism! ********************* has been here several times, today to install a toilet. As usual he was prompt, friendly and completed the job in such a short time. He left the area spotless, and took time to see if we had any questions and that we understood everything about the installation. Thanks for the great work and superb customer service!
