    On February 23rd 2024 we paid a refundable deposit of $2,210 to hold a daycare spot. In July of 2024 I reached out to let them know that we had found a daycare closer to our house and we would be withdrawing from our spot. Our daughter never attended this daycare as she wasn't born when we paid the original deposit, and was only a few weeks old when we rescinded our spot. I was initially told we would get the deposit back when the spot was filled. I regularly checked in and was told they had had no new enrollments, but eventually they told me they would be happy to return the deposit regardless. That was over 5 months ago. I've followed up at minimum once per month. They told me most recently I'd get my deposit back "in March" and have since sent several unanswered emails.

    As part of my son enrolling at this daycare, we paid a $2000 deposit. The quality of the daycare was not ideal and we found a new one. I provided more than 60 days notice of our intent to leave via email to the director at the time. Deposit was supposed to be returned on last day according to our contract and agreement with director via email. Deposit has still not been refunded despite 4 months of attempts. Director has claimed she has tried to refund it via credit card or their payment app but these have never been successful. I have requested a physical check made that I will pick up and have had no response.

    Refuses to pay me my hours I worked for her, and blocked me. She pays late and always under the table or wont pay you if you say youre not comfortable with that. Do not work here and if it were me I wouldnt enroll my child here. I worked here for awhile, along with all the other employees we try our best with what were given and the circumstances to provide a good experience for children. The owner ****** consistently pays her employees late, and refuses to communicate on it. She over charges parents and increases child care just to pocket the money. She charges an annual supply fee and those poor kids never see anything new. She refuses to pay sick time which is illegal. She closed for 9 days over Christmas so she doesnt have to pay her employees and still charges full tuition for the month of December to pocket the money and doesnt even give her employees paid holidays. Staff training is a joke, she closes to save herself money. When we are understaffed and out of ratio she is no where to be found and refuses to work. Over the past couple months garbage, cleaning services,gas, electric, WiFi, and other essential utility along with rent has been late because she doesnt pay it. They have come to the door many many times to shut off or try to get ahold of her. Not to mention the many times shes been served at the door for neglecting to pay the businesses bills. Often times the kids do not have proper snacks, or theyre stale and old. She keeps reopening new businesses everytime one fails. ****** is not a good person and full of greed and selfishness. I feel super bad for the director and all the employees who try their best to keep the kids happy and business open under the circumstances the awful owner puts them in. She treats her employees awful and definitely does not care about the children.

    I signed my daughter up at this preschool in January 2024 with intended start date of September 2024. I was assured in writing by the business that if our plans changed we would receive a refund for the deposit ($1610). I notified the business on May 18th of 2024 that our plans changed. We understood there may be a slight lag on refund return while they attempted to fill the slot. They were very slow to acknowledge our email and by July 12th we had still not received our deposit though they had replied "I'll reach back out to you in about or week or so to discuss a plan for the return of your depost." On August 14th, 5 attempted emails from us later we still had no reply or funds received. We opened a dispute with our credit card which they refused to directly accept liability on though they have claimed multiple times "funds are on the way". There are other parents dealing with the same issue according to their ****** reviews. Please help.

    Thank you for sending a direct venmo refund for the amount of $1600. We are willing to accept this although the total should have been $1610 as previously stated and agreed to. Since the money has cleared my bank this matter finally has been resolved.

    I paid a deposit of $1400 on March 10, 2023 to enroll my child in daycare. My child left daycare on April 24, 2024 and I immediately asked for my deposit back upon learning that there werent openings for more days in her age group. I have emailed and spoken to the director of the daycare at least a dozen times, and called and emailed the owner directly with no payment. The daycare director said they were waiting to get permission from the owner to refund us, so she is also ignoring her employees/business.
