    I moved out of an Atlas Managed property on 01/20/2024 and issued them a check which was delivered on 02/20/24 at their main office for a surplus amount that they had originally quoted me for. I have left them multiple voicemails for a call back for a refund and to know that my rental account had been cleared out but no one seems to be bothered to give me a call back. I have called the residential property I was living at and they advised me to keep calling them. What sort of a service is this? I am getting more and more frustrated with them for their lack of response and am thinking of further action against them if they can't give me a call back. From the sounds of it they seem like a shady property management company. My advice - stay away from their property rentals.

    I still haven't heard back from this company in regards to my refund. They aren't answering and or replying to my requests. Is there any action I can take against them. I am just looking to get my refund back.

    I am rejecting this response because: this is the same response provided to me about a month ago and nothing new. I moved out of the apartment I was living in on January 20th. I am not sure why you're crediting my account when I don't live there anymore. Shouldn't you be sending the extra funds to me directly. I have no way of taking those funds where I don't live anymore. It's been 3 months since I moved out and you guys aren't able to fix something simple. It is also very disrespectful for you to copy paste the same response. Please rectify this ASAP or I may be forced to proceed with further action against your company.

    I have submitted a apartment application on 07/16/2023 and have been trying to get in contact with the management company and the apartment homes; I have made over 30 calls to both places of business and multiple voicemails and all that happens is I get transferred to a phone that is not on. Me and my friend both paid $60 application fee and have not seen any documents showing the screening. I got a voicemail on July 21st saying they had a opening for a apartment but will not get back to me I have to be moved out on august 1st so for them to not return any calls is very unprofessional.They are the ************ and **********

    I moved in mid September and was informed after I signed my lease that my storage was not able to be used until someone came out to fix it. I was sent an email regarding the date and time this issue would be fixed. Someone came out but only to tell me it is a whole structure issue. I have not received a date for when this project will begin. I was promised an apartment with a storage, which was shown on the images when I applied for this unit. Ive called, sent numerous emails and yet to hear back from corporate or management.

I truly hope we are able to change your experience, as I just took over this property and will make sure this is taken care of as prompt as possible.

    This complaint is for **************** property. I never signed a lease, I never moved in. I was supposed to move in one day and the day came and it was post poned. Lack of communication. I put a deposit that I yet to have refunded to me. I emailed property management on October 5th, that I want a refund. I didnt receive a response until October 11th. Yet no answer or refund. It is now October 21st and I have not received a phone call or email about my refund. My refund of ****** has not been given to me since Oct.5th.There has been no follow up from this management.

    Thank you for your feedback and we apologize that your experience has been less than ideal. We completely understand your frustration surrounding security deposit refunds. 

    After further review of the situation, it was found that while you originally applied for ****************, the application was then moved to Golfside at your request. This is due to availability at ****************. A second transfer was requested to ******. Unfortunately, deposits do not transfer from building to building. Therefore, we requested you pay a new deposit for ******. We would refund the original deposit directly to you. On 10/5/2022, you had requested to cancel the application in its entirety and requested refund. Due to the several changes, the deposit refund did take additional time.  I show your deposit was sent via **** on 10/24/2022. 

    ****** requires we refund the deposit within 30 days, but we do understand the burden this caused and are deeply apologetic for the delayed return of your deposit. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
