      On March 9th, 2023 condo unit 202 managed by *********************** had a tub leak and the damage spread to my condo unit in 201. My garage ceiling was damaged due to water leak. As of today April 10th, 2023, the repairs are not done. It's over a month. This is unacceptable and is an inconvenience on my condo garage since a car cannot be parked inside. This property is very unprofessional and is stalling with repairs.

      I reject to close this file because the work is incomplete. The garage ceiling painting is horrible. Please see attached picture. This company is not fixing the repairs thoroughly. It's almost two months of this issue not resolved. Such poor handling of problem. 

      What a horrible and a nightmare this is.

      Needs to complete ceiling painting.
