      Commonwealth hired me on at a struggling community and in the time I spent there, I dedicated myself to the community and the residents and made differences in just one month. I was then fired with no reason. I moved my entire life into the apartment offered and worked my **** ****** be fired for no reason. This company is scum! I feel so bad for the residents here at the ************************** in *******. No one on their side anymore until the next manager comes in, takes on the challenge, and then is fired as well. Ownership is disgustingly and money hungry. Asking $1605 a month from seniors is wrong, and we all know it.

      How do you justify not communicating with your tenants when they've acted in good faith. Reached out to management, commonwealth AND the attorney they are paying to throw us out of our home (they seem to think we are buying from them and we are not) and take it as their own just because they say we owe back rent and refuse to accept proof that we paid. The EVIL that this company is, I'm starting to wonder if they are affiliated with the ****************. Anyone else reading this having experienced this insanity I highly recommend you also filing a complaint.

      Commonwealth ?? only cares about money???? and not caring about the elderly in the 55 or older park I live in in ***** ******. They only raise space rent and use absolutely none of it to keep up the property that they manage for the owner like it states on their website. I am a long time resident and don't appreciate them running this place into the ground, I have sent many emails with no response to the last one I sent. I was not nice and told them so, I guess that's why there was no response??. I let it be known that this place is my home and NOT theirs. I moved in here before Commonwealth started managing and they are rude, lie about everything. I will out last them though, they are nobody to me so they can kiss my ----. I have never in my life treated another person like they treat us and never ever will. They are the lowest of the lowest.

      I live at hidden village estate beaverton,ore very rude bully people up the rent so people on fixed income are becoming homeless or in shelters if someone doesn't put a stop to them are homeless community will double unprofessional never return calls they same you owe back rent but can't prove it lied in the court rm very nasty evil dirty people they discriminate they make you reapply to become a tenant after being there 19yrs my friend was told he would not be accepted to rent after 19yrs cause he didn't have I.d. we r praying for help with a lawyer but unable to find one were soon going to lose r home praying for help stay away from these people they r not on your side they are out to get your home

      I live at ******** ******** moblelodge in ******** and there are rules for some and the others get spit on. There is one unit here that plays loud music and loud women sounding like shes being hurt. I have sent a letter to the main office and complained to the manager and Im in the wrong because I dont want to hear it I lived here since 2018 After losing my sister in January 2019 then my father in-law in September of that year I really just want quite. But that will never happen because management is on there side and there website says there are older residents here and want quite.

      Commonwealth real estate services is one of the worst companies I've ever had to deal with in my life! They are squeezing every ***** they can out of every poor person they can. They hand out invalid eviction notices they do not have maintenance on their mobile home parks I just left one it was horrendous I have a picture of it at www.anywebsite.com. Please check it out. The name of this park is ****'s mobile Villa located in ********* ****** owned by Commonwealth real estate services. The most worthless bunch of people I've ever worked with in my life!

      They have no professionalism, the background information they run. They do not know how to read it accurately they dont process it accurately they gave me somebody elses information. I dont know if either got mine very unprofessional does not return phone calls no valid email stay away from them. I would sure hope the head office of this business would read some of this there, interrupting a lot of peoples lives, and they have no care in the world for it. And one star believe me, hes being very kind.

      I live in one of the properties they manage in **** **. They have a set of rules in place here but do little to nothing to enforce them. It's very disappointing. Don't have rules of your not going to enforce them. People do whatever they want here without any consequences.
