      Preordered a ******* **** Deluxe Mystery Box Wave 3 in August 2022 with the expectation it would be shipped sometime late 2023 or early 2024. Sent several follow up status emails with zero response and now the website has gone dark and I am hearing from many book collectors Dark Regions has shut its doors and is not returning authors or customer inquiries. Just took the money and ran.

      On 11/10/2022, I purchased a pre-order for Dracula: The Evidence for $422 with tax. As of 2023, I was told that the product would be shipped Q1-2 2024. However, in that timeframe, I have asked for status updates and not received any word. I have asked for refunds and updates via email addresses that I have found, but nothing. I would either like confirmation that I will receive the product, or a refund.

      Last week I saw via numerous ******** threads that Dark Regions Press shut down their website and there was not response to customer. I have several pre-orders totaling just over $1200 that as of today, 7/29/24, have not been received. The $1200 consists of 5 orders from 3 different payment sources. The website, darkregions.com is no longer active and the attempts I've made to contact the merchant via email have been nonresponsive. I have already contacted two of the FIs and filed disputes for a merchant reclaimation; however the 3rd FI, *****, auto denied my claim for the two purchases made on 6/23/24 because it fell outside of the 60 purchase window even through it was a pre-order; therefore I am requesting a refund amount of $879.53

      My Husband and I purchased the 2023/2024 *********************** subscription on 12/16/2022. This subscription was to include 6 limited edition books and 10 trade edition books to be shipped out between 2023-2024. We paid $1225.00 plus tax for this subscription.To date we have received 3 books.We have reached out to Dark Regions Press on numerous occasions for order updates. As of a couple of weeks ago we have gotten bounce back emails saying they are not available. Their website recently went dark with no other information.I have all the original order confirmation as well as various updates with the last being 5/6 of 2023.I would like a refund for the subscription cost as the business appears to be closed.

      I ordered the 4k Exorcist bluray set in March and not only have I not received it. After numerous emails I continue to be ignored. I enclosed the receipt as well.
