You will never get you full deposit back. $160 for cleaning regardless of how much you clean prior.

We only charge cleaning for units that require cleaning after a tenancy ends. Anytime a prior resident has a question regarding their charges, we send them all of the photos, invoices, etc. that back up their charges.

The invoice sent was $160 for "full clean". This does not include hourly rate or any other descriptors. As per your email: "Our vendor has not send over their invoice yet, or at least accounting has not processed it yet. I uploaded a copy of the ** for our cleaner as we create this in our system based on the charges the cleaners are charging us for their work."You charged me based an estimated amount prior to receiving an actual invoice. My dispute isn't that I was charged, it's the amount which seems arbitrarily inflated for the amount of work.

When we create a PO in our system, it is not based on an estimate, it's based on the invoice amount that we will be charged so our accounting department knows that invoice is good to pay. Our vendors do not always invoice us right away, so we do not always have a copy of the invoice when we have to, by law, get final accounting statements processed and mailed. $160 is our contracted rate for a standard full clean. If our cleaning vendor has to spend excessive time in a unit cleaning, they charge us extra. In this case, the turn clean was within what they consider to be a standard amount of time. We are not charged hourly by our vendor, but on a contracted rate. You were provided with photos documenting what needed to be cleaned in your unit after you vacate.

Prior to moving in there was some issues from the last tenants as they stated that the previous tenants left the unit in bad shape. Therefore there was a delay in my move in. Had to call maintenance several times to get a few things repaired. Other than that, management was not very responsive. Ive even more than required notice for my move out date and requested a walk through but management did not follow up. At the end they did everything they could to keep my deposit plus charge more for routine maintenance. I contacted them to discuss and dispute charges and their only response was to pay the fee or they send the deposits and i send the money plus the fr fee. Hassle moving in, nightmare moving out. Unfriendly staff and unresponsive. There are better businesses in ******** that will not mistreat you. I do not recommend.

This past resident pre-leased a unit. When that happens, the move in date can change depending on the condition of the unit when we receive possession. That is what happened in this case. The turn time to get the unit ready to move in took longer than expected.

I have gone over the work orders and communications with this resident, and he was always responded to in a timely and professional manner.

I corresponded with this past resident regarding the move out charges and provided documentation/photos backing up all of the charges. Our cleaning vendor charged us extra on this one due to needing to spend extra time removing scrape marks on the floors and cleaning the oven.

Avoid this apartment management company. They care nothing about the tenants. They never answer the phone, or call you back.

I WISH I NEVER MOVED HERE. This place was horrible from the get-go. I lived i the AnnDLee apartments in ***********. Just a short little rundown on my apartment. It was 547 ft. on the third floor, overlooking and smelling a ********** no A/C for $1600. The summer that I lived there inside of my apartment was 88, while the apartment complex installed air conditioners on every other floor of the hallway of the building, the hallways were a cool 60. Anytime I called in and needed help with something very rarely did anybody answer the phone, or call me back. This place is definitely a revolving door, they do not care about their tenants, nor do they care if you move out. You are just money to them. My upstairs neighbor was crazy. She terrorized the man that lived there before me, and eventually got him to move out. So my lease was up March 28 of 2023. So for March I had to pay a prorated rent amount which I paid before I moved out. After I moved out, and I received my final statement from the apartment complex, they said that I didnt pay my rent for the month of March and I somehow additionally owed them another $1286.29, along with $160 cleaning fee and $167 for replacing missing or damaged patio blinds for a grand total of $1374.59. just like the other person that wrote a review about this place as well. Once I confronted the manager in charge of accounts, she said that it looked like I did, in fact, pay that month of rent, and they somehow didnt notice it. No shocker here, they did use my entire security deposit, which a maintenance man actually told me that they would be doing before I moved out. They nickel and dime and everything in the apartment and sent pictures. They literally a picture of the dryer with lint in it. I cannot say this seriously enough: DO NOT LIVE HERE. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would but it doesnt appear that it is not option. Any property that is having to do with Anchor northwest property group is Bad.

Moved In 2017. It was a tax exempt unit. In 2020 I move into a larger tax exempt unit. I took over my friends lease. I took over the lease to avoid the hassle of resigning. I recieved my entire deposit back minus $16 for my last unit. While living there, my bike had been stolen out of the "bike room" which is the garbage room. After asking if there was video I was told " the camera doesn't point that way."I also noticed when the landscapers came, they left that garage to the garbage room open so anyone could get into the building and/or steal bikes while they were working. I did notify "tenant relations" and was assured it was fine. For the next 2 years so many packages were stolen, of course there was never a camera with the right angle. The front door had been pried open, and back door window was smashed. At one point a house less person set up a tent in the yard area of a vacant unit, and eventually broke into that unit. So after 5 years I was told that the tax exemption program for the building was ending So it was time to move. I cleaned, got everything out took pictures and videos and dropped my key off. I expected to recieve my deposit back. Instead I recieved a bill for $90. So they took my entire deposit plus $90 for "cleaning" which they are required to do anyway (their photos are hilarious.) they also charged for a cracked fridge shelf that I have a photo of where its not cracked. And then blinds that needed to be replaced (I got a picture with a finger pointing at the cord but no indication of what's broken... also they all worked when I left. I reached out to see if these things could be remedied and was given a short rude response. I did pay the $90 to avoid any hurt to my credit or rental history. I reached out with photos and asking for a clear explanation of why I've accrued these charges. " the response was a 'well maybe..' scenario. I then reached out again with hopes of getting contact information for whoever is higher up. No response.
