    I ordered priority shipping with tracking for my record. They said it was an archive record. Then they sent it via normal mail. They sent it weeks ago, and I have been calling for weeks telling them I can only receive priority mail. They refuse to send another until I will be out of the country. I have nowhere to live until I get their document, and they do not care. They took my payment for priority shipping and refuse to send my document via priority. They refuse to send me another document to fix their mistake.

    /storage/emulated/0/Documents/Birth certificate copy.docx This is a letter that I sent to the business and I have not heard back from them I sent a money order to them for a copy of my birth certificate and have not received my copy from them yet. It's been 3 months+ I hope that this is not a scam. I have to get section 8 housing with it and have been unable to obtain an Oregon ID

    This complaint was referred to me for response.  Oregon Vital Records apologizes for the delay. Currently mail orders are taking an average of 16 20 weeks to process.   We are doing everything possible to reduce this processing timeframe.  This order was received on May 1, 2023 and is within 16 -20 processing time.  We will review the order and get it processed today.
