    I recently had my home re-roofed by ************************* It was a complete tear-off which included replacing all the plywood sheeting. I was highly satisfied with the services performed. At the outset, the Operations Manager, ****** ******* performed a comprehensive assessment of the roofs current condition. He left me with excellent documentation, including pictures, fully describing the roofs issues and the options available. It was essentially a good, better, best approach to accommodate any budget constraints. Once the project started, ****** remained the Project Manager. He checked in with me periodically and as soon as the rainy weather lifted a work date was quickly set. The onsite roofing team was friendly, very efficient and highly skilled. Even my neighbor commented on how smoothly the team worked together. The clean-up was superb. They left my property in pristine condition.Overall, I thought the service was outstanding and I felt supported from start to finish. I highly recommend *************************

    Northwest ********************* Roofing contractor ************ is Owned and run by Jews from ******. Their sales men are Jews from ****** with hard to understand accents. Buyer Beware! This Company is NOT professional when you are in need of help. Beware of this company and its sales men, they will tell you everything you want to hear. ************ lied to me about a lot of things. Make sure the contract has everything you want done exactly to the Tee, and make sure it is written correctly. Make sure you read it before you sign it, the Israeli sales men will change the words on you, like he did to me. Again, they will go strictly by the contract. And everything they verbally said will be as it was never said. ************ is looking to cut corners as much as possible. NOT to save you money, but them. I had to learn this the hard way. They put on my roof and never put down any tar paper. They promised me over and over my new roof would not leak, and that they had the best workers and products.... LIE! Now my roof is leaking all over the inside of my house. Trying to deal with this company is like pulling teeth. The owner has a really bad attitude towards customers once he has your money. So now I had to hire a lawyer and go after NW Builders in court. Beware! ************ will bid your project at a very, very high over priced repairs cost. Make sure you get a second appraisal before you hire this company. It will save you lots of money. Plus their carpenters are NOT as skilled as I was promised. Buyer Beware! Also "a little birdy" told me they pay unsatisfied customers hundreds of dollars if they write a positive comment and give NW Builders 5 stars review. ************'s Yelp ratings should be way lower.
