4 starsI enjoyed my experience with Brightside Windows. From the low pressure sales pitch to the installation of my new windows, it all went very smoothly. I have dealt with many contractors over the years (roofing, windows, painting, decks, patios) and this has actually been the smoothest process I have had. Once my windows arrived they were installed within 2 days. The installers cleaned up after themselves inside my home and outside. I am enjoying my new windows and would definitely recommend Brightside Windows.Review fromTony D

1 starI signed a contract in April 2023, and it's been 9 months now, still waiting with no updates. Despite reaching out several times, nothing has happened. Connecting to customer service is like trying to catch a star in the sky, and Leaving a voicemail doesn't seem to lead to any callbacks, unfortunately. and if by chance you manage to get through, it's just a series of delay excuses with no concrete answers. They claim they'll get back to you, but I've never received any emails about the process. Recently, I heard that the windows arrived at the warehouse and they assured me installation would happen within a week. and Installer will call me to make a schedule. so I asked to get a phone number to contact but they declined And three weeks have passed, and unsurprisingly, nothing has happened. It's truly bizarre and absurd how this business operates. I wish someone had warned me not to contract with this company. Would not recommended them.Review fromJeff C

5 starsWe are very happy with our purchase of new windows for the entire house. They did a very good job of removing the old windows and making the new windows look like they matched with the existing framework. Anytime we had any minor issues they listened to our problems and had someone out to resolve them soon after. We are finally finished with the whole process and couldn't be happier.Review fromAJ M

We replaced 10 old aluminum framed windows and a sliding glass door with triple paned vinyl windows from Brightside. From the initial contact through installation the staff were all very knowledgeable and helpful. The installation from ******************** and ***** was professional and quick. They did a fantastic job and we're thrilled with the results. The windows look and function great, keeping our sunny home from becoming an oven in the afternoon. We did unfortunately have to wait longer than we wanted due to manufacturers delays, The experience was overall positive and we are very happy with our new windows and slider.Brightside Windows

Brightside Home Solutions did an incredible job replacing my damaged windows. I ordered the windows and then my homeowners association didn't allow the windows to be installed. Will at Brightside worked with my HOA and got the company approved to install in my complex and saved the day. Everyone was very professional and did a great job. I would for sure refer them to anyone needing windows!Brightside Windows
