    I paid ***** and ***** two separate transactions in the same night. I had gone in with my family for my daughter's 5th birthday, and they had let someone in that was on drugs who was crawling underneath tables and getting really close to our table staring at me and my kids and it made my kids feel so uncomfortable that they cried and we had to leave we asked to get our food replaced because we had not eaten it and they said that they would not give us a refund even though they had messed up our food and we were told to wait to talk to someone named ******* the manager when he comes in at 5:00 and that it shouldn't be a problem and when I got a hold of him he was extremely rude refused to give us back our refund and said he was only going to give us a gift card however we don't want to come back to this franchise we just want a refund because not only was his experience uncomfortable for my 5 year old daughter on her birthday but it was uncomfortable for my 3-year-old autistic son myself my significant other and the godparent of my two children. We had made it very clear that we had an issue and that we wanted it fixed our meal did not come out correctly we were served last for drinks the cheese that they had put on the burger was old you can tell because it was extremely hard and almost see through looking. We still have the food because we know that you cannot return it after it's already taken out of the building because it's against health code. they were extremely rude and they didn't just make us uncomfortable but other people that had gone that night. We tried being civil about it three separate times. But they refuse to give us the person that owns the franchise email or number to get a hold of them somewhere higher up than ******* because he obviously does not know how to run a business if he's going to let people crawl underneath the tables and make other people uncomfortable and refuse to replace food that was made incorrectly. Plus we all got sick. Help!!
