      Placed an order for two pairs of exclusive collaboration shoes that dropped at 8am on 5/24 with next day shipping. My card was charged and processed. My order showed up and one of the pairs was missing. Initially they said I had to wait 48 hours to see if the product shipped but the agent said they were still going to come. Shortly after I was told the product was oversold and I had to wait 5 business days for a refund and now I missed out on the shoes because of their error. This company has gone downhill since they closed their Portland warehouse and outsourced their customer service.

      I purchased a pair of black Mules from their website and instead received a pair of cherry red combat boots. I contacted them immediately upon receiving the boots and was informed that the shoes that I ordered were now out of stock so I could either keep the hideous boots that they sent me or return them for a refund. (Its a bit suspicious that they managed to send the correct size in a completely different style.) It took a few weeks for them to send me the label, and once it was received by the warehouse, a few more weeks for them to issue a return after I contacted customer service yet again. Now that the return is finally being processed, they are trying to withhold a restocking fee for boots that I did not even order in the first place.

      This vendor will not refund you even if they received the return, their website is misleading because it states that once they receive the returned merchandise the customer will get a refund after 7 business days. My seven days of waiting passed by and I still did not get a refund, I have to search for a customer service number and the person I taled to on the phone started a refund request only after I called. The merchant has my money and the returned item, this is looking like a scam and deceptive and unprofessional business practice. I don't recommend purchasing from this business.

      The company has gone severely down hill. Buyer beware! I have my original Dr. ********************** from the late 80s. They are still great shoes. I recently bought my son a pair of boots expecting the same quality far from it. I spent $190 on leather aka plastic boots that cracked and formed a hole at the foot crease in 6 weeks. That pair was replaced and the second pair started the same cracking within two ********. **************** support says it is a scratch and wont refund my money for their poor quality. Do not buy from them you will not get the quality you deserve and are being charged for. I will continue to put the word out. This company has become a scam. Very sad to see them go.

      I purchased eight pairs of their boots all at once I was sent several pairs of defective boots many of them had the tongues would fall to the side towards my ankle so the laces would lay against my skin other of them had major defects some of them that were supposed to be the same style fit tighter than the others Some of the pairs one boot was tighter than the other and when I called for exchanges they have treated me as if Im being difficult made me feel uncomfortable and didnt want to help me and when they did help me they did it with a bad attitude One situation I had with one of the pears is it shipped out I was watching it track to my house through *** then all of a sudden it said return to sender I called *** asked why and they said **************** called and wanted them back so I called **************** to ask what happened and they cues me of being a fraudster when I asked them to elaborate they could not but they told me I would not be getting that pair of shoes yet they proceeded in sending me out five more pairs so if I was such a fraudster that they had to take back a pair of shoes I bought for my daughter why would they continue to send me out anything this treatment is ridiculous I am a valued customer most people dont buy eight pairs of Dr. ********************** for their daughters for back to school I think Im a valued customer because I will shop like that for my girls they treated me like I was putting them out acting like I was the problem when they are the problem they have no quality control their crafting and materials is low quality they have no quality control they will send out anything for you and treat you like youre the problem this is ridiculous at the horrible inflated prices that they charge for the quality they provide this was the worst experience my suggestion is if youre going to shop with them only buy one pair at a time make sure that pair is acceptable then go for the next they have tied up my money Ive had to go to *** like five times to return
