      The company website doesnt disclose that an order made online cannot be canceled until after the purchase was made. It doesnt disclose in the sales terms disclosures. I placed an order for winter boots to be shipped on December 26, 2022, then it wasnt going to be shipped until December 27, 2022, unless it gets delayed further. Considering the delay in shipping by the company I tried to have the order canceled because I will be traveling on January 3, 2023. The chat rep refused to cancel the order that had not shipped yet. Had the company properly alerted their customers and disclosed that an order cannot be canceled prior to placing the order and clicking the purchase button, I would have been able to wait until after my trip.

      On December 13th I placed an order for a pair of shoes on Columbia sports wear order *********. These were supposed to be a Christmas present this weekend but only came with one shoe in the Box. I contacted customer support who said I would need to wait for shipping label then return the box get the refund and have to place a whole new order which would be way too late for Christmas by the time I received the shoes. As the 1st time customer this experience has been extremely poor and avert me from everyone who is shopping on their site again. I would like this order to be refunded cannot returned then replaced for something I no longer need as it will be too late.

      I purchased an item on their online store 12/9/2022. The item is Women's ****** Mountain Long Insulated Jacket, style #*******, Color: ********************* for the price of $139.99. I was provided the the tracking number and upon tracking my order, I discovered that the package was scanned "damaged" by GLS and deemed undeliverable. Upon this discovery, I contacted the company immediately and told them what happened. I was told that I could receive a refund or file a claim. I opted to receive a refund, and I was told by ******* that I had to purchase another jacket in order to receive a refund. I told him I wasn't financially able to purchase another jacket, and the whole process didn't make sense to me since I never received the original jacket I purchased! I agreed to file a claim with their warranty based on his recommendation, and have not received any communication to resolve this matter promptly.Order# ********* Tracking# *****************

      I purchased two jackets online from Columbia.com on November 11, 2022. The jackets never arrived. I have called Columbia customer service four times to seek a refund, but they have refused to provide a refund as of 12/16/22, saying that the package was delivered, which it never was. I want my money back because I never received the products I paid for.

      I ordered the Women's Sweet View Hooded Fleece Pullover from the Columbia website (columbia.com) for $89.99 on Friday, October 21st. I purchased the order with a pre-paid Honey (PayPal) gift card. The order number is #*********. I got an email notification on Friday, October 28th that the package was delivered but I never received it. I immediately opened a support ticket with Columbia, ticker #*******. After much back and forth, they told me that they investigated with the carrier and found that the production wasn't delivered. Then they told me the only resolution was for me to buy a new item with a new payment authorization. After that item was shipped, they would refund my original payment method (the Honey gift card). I explained again and again that this wouldn't work, because I would be authorizing my credit card for the new order but would get refunded on the gift card which is money I can only use at Columbia. I disputed with my credit card company, but because the Honey gift card was actually used they couldn't help me. I followed up again today, December 15th, and was told the same thing they can only force me to reorder and refund the original payment method. These practices feel so deceptive and now I am out the cost of an item I didn't receive with no reasonable resolution from this company.

      Order placed December 1st I paid $51.46 I never received the package after it said delivered. I contacted ******** sportswear and they said they would open an investigation. I waited a week never heard anything from them. After I was told I would be updated when they find anything out. I contacted them 11/15/2022 and was told it says delivered so there is nothing we can do for you it says it was delivered regardless if you didnt receive it or not it was delivered. Order number ********* snowboarding pants.

      I placed order # ********* for a $59.98 parka and never received it. I clearly put correct address including apartment number, and have checked everywhere in my building and still couldnt find it. Contacted customer service and was told there will be an investigation. A week later, I was told the investigation failed to move forward and the only option to get the refund for missing item is to place another order for the same or more amount. I dont want to reorder to risk losing the package again, not to mention the parka I ordered that didnt arrive is no longer available either, therefore I requested to simply get a refund to original credit card payment method without reorder. My request was turned down and they refused to share the policy for failed delivery. Is it legal to refuse to refund an undelivered item? Please just address the issue by refunding me. I am entitled to the refund without having to placing new order for things that I dont need and that are likely missing again.

      I ordered a gift for my granddaughter on 11/27/22. My order number is *********. I was told it was shipped and would arrive on Dec 5. Today is Dec 8 and it is not here. Note this is for my granddaughter who is coming across the country to visit NEXT WEEK. When I look on the tracking, it has been stuck in Phoenix for 3 days. I just called Columbia and the person I spoke to told me he would set up an "investigation" which would take **** days! I have never heard of such a thing. He wouldn't let me cancel the order, and now I have to wait until after the "investigation" is done to get my refund. Meanwhile, I no longer have a gift for my granddaughter and I am out $130. He said if I made another order, he would send it "expedited" which means a 24 hour wait time and then 3-5 business days. So even that would not get here on time. Any other store would have offered the refund, or offered rush shipping. This has been a very bad experience and I will never order from you again. NOT HAPPY.

      Yes I bought a bunch of s**** from them, they sent ** 3 of the 4 shirts ordered, check tracking on order and the s*** has just been sitting for a week now, they won't issue a refund, and I was told by the delivery company they can find the package.

      I placed an online order with Columbia Sportswear for a total of 14 items. When I received my shipment I only received 7 items. I have been calling customer support for 3 weeks now and they are refusing to refund me for my missing items or ship out the items that are missing unless I pay for them again. I have followed their protocol, waiting for them to do their investigation then I was directed to file a claim with the carrier *** and they couldnt do anything because the package was delivered they did their part. I keep calling because I need my missing items or I need a refund and they are refusing to do either unless I pay again!
