Everyone be aware of this ** roofing company, very bad experience that made me lose not one but two sales contracts on my home. The ** roofing company was under contract for regular maintenance on my roof and fail to recognize there was a leak. I had 2 inspectors, and several roofers verify there was a leak in the roof. The company was contracted again to repair the leak and to my surprise they didn't! Very unprofessional and deceiving owner and his team. I had to engage another roofing company to complete the job in order to sell the house. Very stressful time for me and I was very disappointed with their attitude and bad customer service. I have nothing good to say about this ** Roofing company other than do not hire them ever.

Real Estate Roofing and Mold Solutions was contacted for the very first time to inspect the roof at ****************** in October 2022 and completed contracted services on November 23rd, 2022. At the time we completed services to facilitate ************************************* in purchasing the house. At that time, on the signed contract it was indicated that the client wanted to enroll in our annual inspection program (known as the *** Program). These services were paid for in full by the seller of the house.

The FIRST annual inspection would have been scheduled in the first week of December 2023,however; we were contacted by ********************************* on November 10th,2023, concerning a leak in her roof. We completed the repairs and certified her roof for resale; going so far as to send her the letter of certification without being paid to facilitate her sale on December 4th, 2023, in good faith. On December 5th, she called to inform us that their buyers wanted a new roof, and she expected us to bear or share the cost of a new roof.At that time, we explained that this type of negotiation is typical of a real estate transaction and that it was not our responsibility to pay for any portion of a roof replacement. ******************* threatened to call the **** to complain to the BBB, and to her lawyer.

************************************** stopped responding to our calls, texts, and emails. She moved to ******* and intended to forget we ever facilitated her sale. We filed a small claims case here in ************************ for the unpaid invoice and used professional services to have her served at her new residence. After months of not responding she filed this negative review within days of being served small claims paperwork.

Based on the extremely short window from when we certified her roof and when the sale was finalized on December 28th, 2023; it is obvious the roof did not affect the sale of the house. However, she has made no effort to pay for our services.
