    Like all relationships - at first it was great! Despite some initial trouble getting things scheduled we were able to agree on terms and timeline. ****** and his crew finished the roofing job on-time and on-budget. They cleaned up quickly and we were impressed with the team's communication and openness. We were so impressed with the job that we recommended Rip City to several other people. And like many things, that is when the things began to sour. Rip City conveys a 10-year warranty on workmanship, but they have no intention of honoring it. We began to see problems arise, after nearly a year of back-and-forth calls and texts - no remedy. Vent pipe boots began to fail, water damage arose in several spots, and gutters and fascia are already in need of repair. Neither the contractor themselves, the contractor board, nor the roofing manufacturer are apt to help, so we are left to pay for repairs or do them ourselves on such a recent roofing job. Initially we were so impressed with the ****** and his crew, that is no longer the case.
