Please do not buy from this business. They promise to build and ship high-end chainsaws that are supposed to be the best on the market. The 3 month build ended up taking 7 months, and when I finally received it, it wasn't even the item I paid for. I spent almost $1,000 for something that fell apart from the first day I used it. I have replaced nuts and screws left and right, and other parts of the saw have begun to fall off it. Now there's a s**** loose and rattling in the muffler. I've only had this tool for 4 months. I contacted the business who told me I had a 3 year warranty, but I have to pay the shipping fees to send it back. The fees are an upwards of $200, and there's no telling when I'll get it back. They won't give me a refund for the item even though they admitted themselves that I shouldn't be having these problems with it. At this point, it's cheaper for me to have it fixed or rebuilt locally than to send the saw back. I'm already out of a lot of cash, so please, buyer beware. Please don't buy from *************** in Lodge, ******. The business owner even makes ******* videos guaranteeing and standing buy his product, but that absolutely isn't true.

We do make durable, sturdy ChainSaws that we ship all over the world. Our Saws are used in Disaster Clean up and are designed to hold up even in wildfire clean up. We do not promise a completion date for any of our Saws. If they don't pass our rigorous inspection process before shipping, they don't ship. We do what we can before shipping it to the customer to make sure they don't fall apart. These Saws are very powerful and vibration can be an issue. Because we don't often get this kind of complaint we asked the customer to ship the saw to us, we offered to fix it or rebuild it for free and ship it back to him at our cost. We generally don't pay for any shipping fees to or from our facility. We repair the Saws for free per our warranty that is issued to the customer upon purchase. Since this customer was having these rare issues, we offered to pay for shipping back to him after the saw was repaired at our facility ($78 shipping fees). We were also sent pictures of the saw. The pictures that were sent to us looked extremely different than any of our Saws that have been using the correct oil. Our high compression, high vacuum Saws cannot tolerate carbon. The oil we recommend has no carbon, the pictures of this customers saw showed moderate to severe carbon buildup. We thoroughly explain this in our videos, online and in our warranty, these Saws will malfunction if not used per our guidelines. This customer refused to send his saw to us so that we could verify this was the reason for the supposed failure of the saw. We try our very best to satisfy every customer, unfortunately it seems we can't satisfy EVERY customer.
