  They are aways available when needed, and their response time is excellent. All the communication between both employees and owners is always very professional.The adjust their schedule to meet the needs of our business, Hands down the best security company we have had.

  As an organization that has been operating serving underrepresented, marginalized, and other vulnerable populations for over 50 years, the conversation of hiring a security team has come through both our leadership team, and our safety committee multiple times. Until recently, we have rejected the presence of security, knowing that a trauma informed approach meant not bringing people who visibility appeared represented law enforcement at a glance (security). About 1.5 years ago, that changed.Like many organizations, we saw an increase in violence in our neighborhoods, and that brought a rising cause for concern amongst our staff. We researched dozens of security companies, interviewing several in person- and it was clear that DuncPro Security was a security company unlike any other. From our first conversation, it was clear that the organization was dedicated to helping create safer spaces for the communities that both access our services, and those who work here. Due to the sensitive nature of much of our work, DuncPro not only allowed us to vet each security officer that would be placed in our space, but also provide them additional training, such as LGBTQIA Basics, Street Culture The best way that I have been able to describe the work that DuncPro security provides us is security done differently, but it really feels like security done right. This company continues to be adaptable to our ever-changing needs, they have a high dedication to community safety with the constant underscore of humanizing every person I see them encounter. Due to that adaptability, we have been able to use the services that DuncPro provides in two very distinct capacities- Safety team member with our overnight shift (we operated a 24/7/365 transitional housing for people under the age of 25), as well as a more traditional use Security during the daytime.As an organization that depends on community relationships, we are glad to have this relationship with Dunc Pro
