My Mother in-law, with a fixed income, and with mental acuity issues called to get an estimate from ******** for 2-bedroom windows. She was non-committal and felt pressured to by the salesperson to order so she could save money. In reading the proposal which lacks specific detail relative to cost for product and labor breakdown. I was outraged at the cost of $8,583. In review of what info i could glean, she got the top of the line all the way around. She was not informed of any alternates, she didn't know what High performance SmartSun was, she didn't know allot about what she was about to purchase and was paying for. I ************************* is responsible and will refund her as this is unacceptable.

I have been receiving mailers since having purchased my house (~2019) from Renewal by Andersen. I have called in 2 times to ask for them to quit mailing letters to my house- they have clearly used my mortgage information to get my info, as they address the mail to: ********************************* and **cosigner** (makes it easy to identify as spam) After multiple contacts requesting no more mail, they continue to reach out, now beginning to send emails that have no unsubscribe button, clicking the comments or concerns page leads you to the set up your estimate page Incredibly shady advertising tactics, I would never use this company and only want them to leave me alone.Customer Answer
