    I bought 2 Groupons for $22 each ($44 total). Each one permitted 2 people to ice skate at the rink. The voucher did not have a QR code, which the rink unyielding required, although the voucher was clearly the only one provided and didn't contain one. It was the official voucher provided by *******. I offered the rink employees the vouchers I was given, my receipts for them with two separate order numbers as proof of purchase. The only helpful guy at the ****, ********* was empathetic. he told me to go get the kids skates and work on getting them on their feet and to not worry about it and he would figure it out. I got all 3 of my kids in skates, then the guys 2 supervisors *************** told my kids they could not skate. They watched fake magic snow fall from the ceiling IN SKATES, and they would not let us skate. My kids were sobbing in public & these employees did not care that they were ruining Xmas even the slightest bit. I explained to them I live in ****** and was visiting my 3 kids in ******. We have very limited time together, and they had been looking forward to *********** with me for many months. I ended up having to pay $100 out of pocket for us to skate in addition to the $44 I had already spent on the 2 Groupons. I do not live in ****** and will be unable to redeem them later assuming they work some other time. I also will NEVER give this company another cent for how awful their customer service was & how they cared more about a QR code than they did making three sweet children cry... This was outrageous, and I want my $100 back, due to me needing to spend ALL OF MY GAS AND GROCERY MONEY FOR THE NEXT WEEK to make my kids stop crying. An additional $44 for the Groupons they REFUSED to accept would be great also. What a mess. Please fix this and restore my faith in humanity.
