    I've had 3 canceled appointments with this place. Each time, I get a call from the office an hour or 30 minutes before the appointment. This is extremely unprofessional. After the last rescheduling, I called to cancel. Here's the best part. The conversation was normal at first. Once I said I need to cancel that appointment and that I need to find a different sleep clinic, the operator said she couldn't hear me and hung up. What kind of crooked operation is this? I don't know how this place is functioning, but do not go here. It's not a real sleep clinic. This place is a joke, a scam, and a place where the "doctors" have no idea what they're doing. On the first cancel I asked if we could do a video call. I was told they don't do that. Want to know why? It's wild. They don't because, as I was told, the doctor doesn't like them because patients wouldn't show up. The doctor. Who canceled on me 3 times. An hour before the appointment. Doesn't like video calls because patients wouldn't show up. This hypocritical loser. If he keeps canceling on you the day of, it should be peachy. But how dare YOU not be there for him.
