Because we have a fire alarm system in our triplex, the state requires we have it inspected every year. This company came out and did the inspection for 6 minutes, charged us approximately $450, to tell us the panel was dead and we need a new one. We have contacted them many times to have a new one put in and they keep telling us someone will be in touch with a quote. It has been 4 months. We have called at least 5 times and left messages but no one will call us back. January 1st someone finally called us stating he would get to the bottom of it but we have not heard from them since. I have left multiple messages since then, the last one being a couple weeks ago. I do not want this company doing any further work for us, nor replacing the unit. I have contacted a different company to do the job. I do not want any contact from this company. If there were a fire in our triplex, the system is dead and would not alert the tenants living there. It is a safety issue with lives at stake. We have waited long enough for this to be taken care of and now would like the BBB to know this company has some serious issues with their responsibilities in this type of business. It's not a pair of shoes, it's a system that alerts an entire complex in the event of a fire.

In August 2023 I hired Performance Systems Integration to perform my annual backflow test as required by the ****** **************** (***). Performance Systems completed the test on 8/22/2023 for my property. Under the *** guidelines, they are required to send the completed report through a portal system to the water company, in this case ****************************** (****), within 10 days of inspection. Performance systems did not send the report they completed for my property. This is the second year in a row that they have completed the test and failed to send it to the water company, which resulted in a fine of $50, per year to me from the water company. I contacted performance systems on 10/20/2023 regarding the fine of $50 and the incomplete report. Performance systems originally told me they sent the test in, but later admitted that it was not sent the to ****. A representative from performance systems told me they could find a resolution, but never got back to me. Five months later I was still getting contacted by the water company because performance systems still hadnt submitted the report. Finally, I was told they could give me a credit for this year, but not a refund. I paid them for a service that they failed to complete and resulted in me being charged a fine, two years in a row. I have been charged $100 (over two years) by my water company as a fee for not completing the backflow test in addition to the $65 I was charged, each year, by Performance Systems Integration.
