    WORST stock transfer company ever. Incompetent and understaffed. Took over a month for me to get shares after a company went public and I lost thousands in value. Terrible customer service that violates SEC guidelines too. Never respond to emails nor voice messages.

    Unresolved Share Transfer Request I have attempted to contact your team multiple times via phone and email, yet I have received no response. For the past month, I have been trying to transfer my shares to my brokerage account, and despite my repeated efforts, there has been no progress.Meanwhile, the share price has continued to decline, and the value of my holdings is now 80% lower than when this process began. This delay and lack of communication are completely unacceptable.Given this experience, I would strongly advise others to consider alternative companies for share transfers. I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved and expect immediate action.

    Hasn't responded to emails or calls. Stock transfer should've taken 5 days. I'm at 3 weeks and still no stock. Since then, I've had a 90% unrealized loss on value, costing me about $60,000. *** regulation says they have 5 days to respond to correspondence. I'm going on 2 weeks.

    Wouldn't return calls or emails in a timely fashion. First emailed me that they had received my submitted paperwork to transfer an IPO security to my brokerage. Several days later (after numerous attempts to contact staff), they informed me that my brokerage didn't handle the transfer correctly (one of the oldest, most respected brokerages in the country).All the while, they were inflicting economic damage on me as I helplessly watched the share price decrease. I was unable to sell the stock because it wasnt in my brokerage account because **** didn't do their job.An *** complaint has been filed and I have retained an attorney.AVOID this company at all costs!

    I received some stock from a company and ended up using this service to be able to keep track and access it. Very user friendly interface with what seems so far to be a transparent and easy to learn premise. If anything changes I'll come back and update to reflect but so far its been a very good experience.
